Eastcoast Engraving has been part of the Wynnum Community for over 30 years, and the Fox family have been in the business for the last 18 years. Having emigrated from the UK in 2006, our young family embarked on a complete lifestyle change. A career change was also Steve’s goal, and becoming a business owner in a new country was the right path for him.
Our Journey
The opportunity to become part of a well-established local business became available, so from 2007, Steve was part of the ownership team of Eastcoast Engraving. Over the coming years, the company saw some ownership changes, with Steve remaining at the helm. In 2019, Steve’s wife Sharon became an active member of the team, and the business is now run by the two of them.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our key driver, and we aim to supply quality products promptly. During busy times of the year, you often see our lights on very early in the morning or late at night, ensuring we always keep a customer on track with a delivery deadline.
Our Services
Serving the trophy and industrial engraving requirements for several local schools and businesses enables us to be a one-stop shop for many customers. We supply trophies/awards, name badges, signage, etc. Our continued attention to detail, efficiency, and product knowledge has led to our extensive loyal customer base.
Environmental Responsibility
We are keen to ensure we are doing as much as possible to minimise our carbon footprint. We will always recycle when possible with all packaging, storage, and shipping supplies. We run the business without AC and always ensure machines are powered down when not operational.
